Prompt Engineer / Conversational Designer

About the role

Design and write the prompts and conversation flows for a family of voice, text and summarization AI agents serving home care agencies and seniors. Test against real recordings and transcripts, build small testing tools, and work with product managers and engineers to build new agents.
